Strategy-call reservation
The ₹99 reservation secures a private appointment and covers preparation time.
The reservation is adjusted against the coaching fee following successful enrolment.
The reservation is non-refundable following a missed appointment.
The reservation may be transferred once when a rescheduling request is submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Additional requests may require a fresh reservation.
Coaching programmes
Coaching is a personalised professional service delivered over an agreed period. Fees cover assessment, planning, ongoing support and coach time reserved specifically for the client.
Programme fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun, as capacity is allocated and personalised deliverables are prepared.
Where a serious medical condition prevents participation, remaining coaching time may be paused for an agreed period at the coach's discretion, subject to written documentation.
Results depend on adherence and individual circumstances; outcomes are not guaranteed and dissatisfaction with personal results is not a basis for a refund.
Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate charges or payments taken in error are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of confirmation.

Requests are reviewed and answered within three business days.
