Rescheduling policy
This policy is a plain-language draft. Please have it reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.
Notice period
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
One complimentary transfer of the ₹99 reservation is permitted per applicant.
Missed appointments
An appointment is treated as missed when the applicant does not join within 10 minutes of the start time without prior notice.
Reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable following a missed appointment.
Further changes
Additional rescheduling requests may require a fresh reservation, as each appointment removes availability from other applicants.
Repeated changes may result in an application being closed.
Changes made by the coach
If an appointment must be moved by Coached by Mehran, an alternative time is offered at the earliest opportunity and the reservation is carried across in full.
Where no suitable alternative is available, the reservation is refunded in full.
How to request a change
Reply to the confirmation email or write to hello@coachedbymehran.com with the current appointment time and two preferred alternatives.
Requests are confirmed by email once a new time is secured.
